artist statement

Lots of questions but no answers.

Honestly, I’m not very interested in answers. I want to know, but not with my head.

So I create spaces, in attempt to know.

I try to know through empty spaces, sounds and songs gliding off my tongue, vibrations in my throat, tingling at my fingertips, tightness in my chest, slight pauses in contemplation, impulse to use my words but stopping myself and deciding not to, heaviness within silence, lightness in memories.

Everytime I get to the end of a tunnel, I am right at the start of another.
