Inspiration settles in whenever I'm on a moving piece of metal, transporting my body from one place to another. There is an unnerving comfort knowing where I'm headed, a clear destination that creates this space that allows for questioning. Strange shapes, smells and sounds inside a cramped metal box rouse my senses, the experience of it all coloured by the shade of my own lens.

"written in transit" is a series where tiny worlds emerge through the less noticed and mundane. It's an attempt at making tangible and pinhole these softer moments that are screaming at me in the chaos.
