Take me in
Embrace all that I am
And I will morph
Morph into that shape that you project
of who I am
I will cling onto you like an ancient oak tree is rooted hundreds of metres in the soil.
I will let myself melt into the crevices that make up the structure you have built for me.
I will suffer,
I will lose my rainbow colored leaves
They will all turn dark green like yours.
My all encompassing branches will fall off and make way for yours to grow through and all over me.
The fallen dry twigs will be the only evidence of my existence.
